Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be new, unused, and in their original condition. Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted. Please contact us before returning an item.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless damaged.

Please note that made-to-order and personalised items are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and send clear photos of the damage to the email below. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
