Shipping policy

All orders are processed and prepared within a week before dispatch. We always aim to send orders sooner where possible.

Once dispatched, all orders are shipped using Royal Mail or Evri tracked services, either 24-hour or 48-hour delivery, depending on the option selected at checkout.

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct when placing your order, as we cannot be responsible for delays or lost items caused by incorrect address details.
