Drawing must be on white / light paper
Works best with a black marker pen
Please avoid crayons or light colored pens
Photo must be taken in a well-lit area so all details of the drawing can be clearly picked out
Please send us a message before buying if you are unsure if a picture can be engraved.

4️⃣ A proof will always be sent for approval
5️⃣ Once approved, we laser engrave your keyring and ship it to you

⚠️ Proof Approval
A proof will be sent before your keyring is made.
If we do not receive a response within 2 days, the keyring will be made using the proof provided.

Because each item is made especially for you, personalised orders become final as soon as they’re placed. If you do notice a mistake please message us as soon as possible and we will try to work with you. However, if we have already completed the order and made the order, then unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for items with mistakes or spelling errors provided by the customer.
